• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of epoxy materials, we cannot accept returns of open or used products.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• To initiate a return, please contact our support team at service@form-a-tread.com. Include your order number and reason for return.
• International: Currently, we do not accept any returns from outside of the USA.
